With over a decade of experience in both recruiting and quota-carrying sales, I’ve seen what separates high-performing talent from the rest, and how the wrong hire can stall momentum, weaken team morale, and keep revenue goals out of reach.
I've placed hundreds of candidates across startups to enterprise companies, built go-to-market teams from scratch, and advised recruiting firms on how to improve their process. But what drives me isn’t just volume, it’s impact.
